I have a 2009 polaris dragon 800, with 1800 miles, i have had the motor recall done on it and it's been serviced and everything. Took it out the first time this year and it fouled two plugs one after about 15 miles and the other on the way bak to the truck. What could it be???

thanks!

Plugs

Check the compression. Do you have a controler on it? The 09s are lean in the midrange and fat on the top end. Fouling plugs is usually due to poor burning of fuel either due to low compression or too rich. Lots of people think its too much oil. That's only the case if it is way too much. If your compression is good and fuel mix is right it will burn excess oil if it is slightly out of adjustment. Did the oil in the bottle seem to go down faster than normal. If so then it could be pump adjustment. Perhaps the dealer set it wrong when doing the update.
