This is preliminary info, We have a meeting tommorow so i will update info as i get it. Everyone come race or atleast come and watch and have a few beers and listen to some live music. Were trying to make this annual so need some support

WINTERFEST 2011 – First Annual Amateur Sled Drags
Register Friday Feb 11th 5PM - 9PM @ Depot
Double Elimination Saturday Feb 12th 9AM @ Depot (racers meeting 8:30)
Champions Finish Sunday Feb 13th 9AM @ Depot
~ Rumor has it you might have the fastest mountain sled on the trail. You’re invited to prove it!
Bring Ten bucks for every class you think you can win and remember,”Second place is the First loser.”
What’s a mountain sled?
The snowmobile you ride on the weekend with a 136” or longer track and 1 ½” or higher paddles. No Iron traction devices. Must maintain 6” of suspension & cannot be a “racing only machine.”
What’s Stock?
Standard “mountain sled” altitude improvements such as light weight exhaust cans, air box gutting, seats, aftermarket skis, fancy paint jobs etc. can run in stock classes.
What’s MOD?
Non-factory chassis, hoods, tunnels, nitrous kits, big bores, pipes, porting, high compression heads etc.
What are the Classes?
There are 14 classes. Maximum engine displacement per class:
STOCK- 600, 700, 800, 1000
MODIFIED- 600, 700, 800, 1000
OPEN-(no rules)
TURBO- (any displacement)
ELAN- 300
KIDS – Fan cooled 500
VINTAGE – pre-90’s drag sleds (traction allowed)
LADIES – must qualify as a stock 800
What’s the Payback?
1st 66% of the class entry fee and any business sponsorship
2nd 33% of the class entry fee and any business sponsorship
