A BIG year for Polaris is upon us, and it ushered in an intensive development season for Dynojet! (And I enjoyed every minute of it...)

The AXYS platform and the new 800HO is of course the huge news from Polaris. A 160HP mill perked everyones interest at SnowShoot this year and they are a definite hoot to ride. Dynojet jumped on this one ASAP and we have a PCV fuel controller ready to go NOW for these.

We're also excited to bring you the new Power Commander Fuel Controller (PCFC) for all CFI2's, CFI4's, and even the AXYS 800HO. This bare-bones device features all of the precision tunability of the PCV, but eliminates the accessory-ability in this lower price point unit. How much lower?? It has an MSRP of $249…yep. You get everything you want in a plug-n-play fuel controller to go ride knowing the map is tuned for your exact machine and will run just how you want-- for $249.

And now our big kahuna introduction for the Polaris crowd : Fuel + Timing Control in one box. We couldn't stop with just the Arctic Cat's reaping the massive benefits of controlling fueling and catering ignition timing!! Add or subtract 25* of timing at any TP or RPM allowing you to fully modulate spark events through the powerband. This device can be in your hands this season for all CFI2 and AXYS riders. It still uses OE connectors for all connections, and truly opens up potential in stock machine or in modified trim.

Turbocharged Polaris machines are everywhere these days and Dynojet remains committed to fueling these sleds. Plug in a PCV-PTI series device to your sled and watch it come alive. With true -100%/+250% fuel adjustment, the PCV will get rid of any stumble in the bottom end so you can thoroughly enjoy tight tree riding while it Automatically adjusts fueling for boost at all levels once you hit the steep 'n deep. Personally owning one of these PCV-PTI's on a Boosted Pro has delivered me a pull-and-go machine that i've never had to retune since I built it 3 years ago....now that's awesome.

Let's see - what else could there be?? How about : Fuel Control + Timing Control + Boost Fueling! You bet! A PCV-PTI to perfectly control your fueling on and off boost combined with Ignition control in one box. Doesn't get much better than that. This is an exciting product that I may be swapping to for this season :face-icon-small-win .

Lastly is the new POD-300 Display This product replaces our LCD-200 and has been fitted into a platform to satisfy the needs of us hard-core sledders. We’ve kept all the cool stuff such as real time gauges, In-Field fuel trims to the Low, Mid, and Hi regions of the map, and Datalogging, but we’ve made this display visible in direct sunlight, removed the color touch screen, added programmable warning lights, and best of all – made this thing weatherproof to withstand each and every day of winter time use. Weatherproofing also meant altering the cable connection – and we’ve swapped to a robust, overmolded CAN connector to provide a solid click fit. Oh – and this little gem retails for an even lower price of $249.

When can we expect availability on the PCV for the 2015 800 axys??

Ratchit,

For the new Polaris AXYS, I'm only positive that it will be offered early in this snow season. Just like the Arctic Cat fuel + timing controllers, we are awaiting the arrival of production quantities of circuit boards to begin building these. We do not know a firm date.

Howdy everyone!

Just wanted to check in and let everyone know that the new PCV-CDI for the Polaris's began shipping a few weeks ago! (Just in time as this January thaw expires and Mother Nature has given us some snow!)
Part numbers for the CFI2 machines is 19-030, and 19-032 for the AXYS sleds.
You can now Enjoy the rest of the riding season having improved bottom/mid/top end snap by tinkering with the timing advance of these Polaris mills.
