Disc Brake removal from Jackshaft?

I have a 2003 late model 900 1M that the drive shaft fell out of on my final ride of this season last year. I'm trying to swap all bearings and am putting in a new driveshaft as the other was worn off on the PTO side where it came out. My problem is I have everything out except the jackshaft (driven shaft). The shop manual shows undoing bolts on the disc brake to remove it from the shaft, but mine has no bolts and appears to have a key, which is actually what is shown on the shop manual diagram. Anyhow, any ideas on how to remove the brake disc so I can pull the shaft through the other side? The bearing on the PTO side appears pressed on, so my assumption was the brake would have to come off first, then the bearing would be pressed off in my large press.
