Compression Test....

I just finished all the yearly maintenance on my sled. My 2001 500 XC/SP has 4500 miles on it. I pulled both plugs and pulled 3 times on each cylinder. Both read at 110. Did I do the test right and is 110 a good number ?

Was the throttle held wide open? It needs to be for the test to be meaningful. You need to find out what the compression should be also. Furthermore, it is altitude sensitve. Therefore, you must know what your compression should be at your altitude. Your shop should know the answer to that question.

Completely warm engine as well. I do 6 pulls WOT.

Your engine is fine, right around where it ought to be. The best indication of low compression is hard starting and or changes in how it starts and runs.

Should I keep the plug in the cylinder I'm not testing ?
