This was my 99 RMK 151" setup with SLP single for 6-9k.

Almond round spring in primary with stock weights.
Cat roller secondary with straight 51, Cat yellow spring in middle hole.(Best mod on sled, great backshift and cheap to tune. Tried SnoPro green spring, but to stifff for small engine)
Tried 18/41 but couldn't get it set up right. I found the stock 21/41 worked great. I was going to try 20/41, but sold the sled.

I have a 2000 RMK 700 and am going from a 136X2" to a 151X2". Need advise on what to do with my clutches and gearing.:confused:

Get your tach calibrated, mine reads 200 RPM high!

10-58's with an almond round in the primary. In the secondary the SLP 50/36 mountain is a good choice. I run a HSP 36S in mine with a 144 and 18-41 for gearing but I am 220# plus gear. 18-41 is excellent tree picking and powder gearing but is a little lacking on long pulls. As for jetting, if the machine is otherwise stock, JUNK THE ACCS if it is still on the machine. 1371G needle in #3 for below zero and #2 for above zero. 38 pilots and 2 sizes leaner than what Polaris says for a 2000 700 SKS on the mains.

If you haven;t already done it, have both bushings replaced in the primary clutch and the one big one in the secondary.

My Polaris dealer couldn't get me an 18 tooth so bought the 19/41 with the 70 chain that the dealer said I have to have. The problem is there is no adjustment left for when the chain streatches. Let me know what you guys that used the 19/41 gears did...:confused::beer;:beer;

The stock chain was a 68 and it was a hair to short and the gears would not go on. I put the stock 20 top gear back on and the 70 chain worked with about 1/2 inch of adjustment left.??????
