Hi just bought a brand new oem clutch and was just wondering if it needs to be balenced or is that more for old worn out clutches. because it should be balenced from the factory i thought.

It should be balanced from the factory. That said, I have every new clutch I buy balanced... for the cost it's cheap insurance in my opinion.

Factory balanced, just make sure you install weights that are balanced to the same weight and call it good.
