Anyone know if you can run this track with 2.4 lug height on a 03.5 900 1M? Stock 2.52 drivers. I know this is a 2.52 track but concerned on the lug height... Thank you!

You should be able to. You can run a 2.5" lug track on a King Cat with no mods, and the drivers are close to the same size.
8t 3" pitch = 7.64" diameter drivers
10t 2.52" pitch = 8.02" diameter
So that's 0.2" radius difference. Assuming the King Cat has 0.2"+ clearance with the 2.5" track, you'll be fine.
