Bulkhead Question

Question is the bulkhead the same on the 1m and Kingcat 900's, I am thinking of buying a 162 tunnel and track of a 2005 Kingcat and putting it my 2003 900 1M, will they be any issues, thaks for any imput MADDOGWFO

From what I have been told this should work just fine. Was told all long tracks from '99 through '04 (and the '05 King) have same tunnel and bulkhead. However, I have no actual experience trying this. There may be minor differences in where mounting holes for things llike motor mounts, jack shafts, etc are placed.

1M and King Cat are the same. '98-2000 were one set of tunnel mounting holes, '01-02 were another. Even the smaller motors were the same bulkhead, just maybe different engine mount holes were tapped.

On my last sled, (03 mountain cat 151) I put a 162 tunnel and suspension on from a king cat without any problems, all the rivets and holes cut for the drivers lined up perfectly.
