Looking into the best option for myself. So far maybe the 2012 RMK 600 Standard - Over all a pretty reliable machine? Not too crazy about the shocks on them, but I do like the Chain belt, A-Arms being welded as-well as the drive shaft.

Inputs please... tia

Picked up a pair of 13 pro 600's and put upwards of 1000 miles on each this season without a hitch - still on original belts. The 13 stock boards are great other than a slight snow accumulation around the drop brackets. Fuel econ was pretty decent. We ride between 0 and 3000' in a mix of conditions - we don't ride the piss out of them but then again we don't baby them either.

Only time a bit more bottom end power would have been nice was when breaking trail in 3' of heavy / wet snow otherwise the 600 was excellent especially coming off a poor handling nytro (great power though).

I have a '12 Pro 800 163 and a '12 Standard RMK 600 144

Both are good machines.
Picked up the 600 at the end of this season and it's incredibly nimble, but I think I'm going to convert it to the 155 skid.

The 800 is a deep snow monster, especially with the 163. I have 3,300 trouble free miles on mine combined stock and after a long rod conversion. I think the concerns with this motor are over-hyped.

Bottom line: Get the engine/track combo that best suits your riding style and size.
