Bigger throttle bodies on 05 M

I've heard of people putting larger throttle bodies on their big bore sleds, just wondering what size they're going to? What size are the stock M1000 and M8 throttle bodies? Are they plug and play as in I install my injectors into the larger throttle bodies or do I need new injectors too?
