Backthing, if they still sell it. Been using it for years. Adjustable enough to keep up with my weight fluctuations over the years. And has lasted many years. Before that I just used one of those cheap lifting type belts and that worked ok but this was a more permanent solution. Herniated a disc in 1999. Haven't stopped riding...
