I don't know about being the "best" but I really like the Skinz rear bumper on my '09 RMK.

best to mean- strength, cost, looks, fit, durability, etc.

The Skinz rear bumper looks like it doesn't fit nice as it appears in the rear near where the snow guard attaches its higher then the tunnel?

I think it fits great, but yes, it does sit a little higher at the very back along the sides, which I believe facilitates getting the cross bar higher than the rear of the tunnel. The higher bar will allow you to grab a hold of it when your stuck. I don't know how many times I've had to dig out the from under the flap just so I could grab a hold of the stock bar.
