Arctic Cat 1M 900 key switch

2005 King Cat, kill switch still works but key switch does not now. WTH, any suggestions? The key switch works with a meter. Thanks.

Came unplugged?

That's the only thing I can think of. Does it kill the engine if you wire the two wires that go to the switch together?

Check to make sure your ground strap down by the recoil hasn't come loose ,, will make kill switch and ignition switch do weird stuff!!
