Any difference in, 07,08,09 M1000 pipes

The part of my pipe that holds the spring to the can snapped off on my 09 M1000. Its the stock can would it be ok to use a pipe form an other sled until mine gets here in April Ya its taking A/C that long to get a new pipe out to my dealer.

Have somebody tig that puppy should be easy fix for an experienced welder. Even if they have to fab a new piece. Less than a new stock pipe.

The dealer is replacing it on warranty and I tried to weld it but I slipped with the grinder and I'm afraid that that spot may get hot and blow out. So I was going to borrow one until the new one gets here. I looked up the part numbers and they are the same so I should be ok but just thought I would ask to be safe. I should have just left the weld(arc) alone and I would have been fine
