A-arm bushing sleeve removal... HELP!

Ok, I need some help removing the A-arm bushing sleeves on my IQR so I can powder coat the A-Arms. How do you do it without destroying them? I haven't messed them up yet.

Flat screwdriver... then a socket to hammer out..
