900 in rev chassis need help clutching

i got this 04 rev with an 900 cat motor in it has a shaved head ported exhaust and of course custom pipe to fit the rev im getting about 7000 R's out of it with 70.5 weights wondering what i should be getting (7800-8100) and how many grams should i drop i ride at 3-6 elevation

I take it you modded the REV pipe? Seems this pipe with a custom can revved to over 8000 rpm. Needed heavier weights to bring it back to 7600. I think Matt Hasara did a few of these down in Utah, can't remember what place he owns. Mike

Make sure your PVs are opening! They will not turn rpms past 7ish otherwise. I ran 69s in all my 900s but you have to many variables. Make sure your driven clutch has a strong spring. These big twins have no problem sucking the belt.
