yes it can but i would keep a close eye on the wash the first ride out as this will lean you out a fair amount! the stock efi sleds run rich from the factory so some room for mods, i don't know if the kk has the jumper wire for the Eth fuel. if you unplug it the fuel circuit will get a little more fuel for the off set of more air if needed.
