This sled is turn key, ready to ride. No expense spared during rebuild. Store in garage, always on trickle charger. Only ran VES full synthetic oil, all recalls completed. Have receipts for major parts and machine work. Everything works as it should. Selling to fund other projects. Title in hand.

Engine…
- Bikeman 900 big bore kit
- Bikeman Snyper clutch kit
- Bikeman ECM reflash, TorqueLink included
- SLP ceramic ypipe and tuned pipe
- Crank/block sent to IndySpecialties: installed billet PTO crank end, balanced crank, new bearings, block has updated oil and coolant machining done, new rod bearings, water pump and gaskets.
- Engine mounts machined to allow clutch alignment to be set correctly.
- Clutches removed, cleaned and reassembled
- New plugs, new belt, new chain case oil, new coolant. If it needed it, i did it when the engine was out.
While the engine was out the entire rear skid and front suspension was removed:
- All shocks sent to HyGear to be rebuilt and valving updated on 8/2023.
- All have HyGear dual rate springs installed.
- IndySpecialties brass bushings installed in all skid pivots and a-arms.
- Replaced any worn idler wheel bearings.
- Alignment and track tension done after everything was reinstalled.
