Will fit but you will have to modify where diamond drive gearcase side attaches as hole in 07+ up tunnel is a lot larger.

The 07 and 08 drives are the same, so are you saying the 09 ddrive is a different mounting pattern? If so, maybe I should buy the front tunnel for an 08 and the 09 rear.

Also looking at stretching my sled from a 153 to 162. Can I simply buy new rails and transfer the suspension from the 153 to the 162 rails and bolt up?

I cannot think of any reason it would not work. I know the rear heat exchanger is different on the 07-08's however some guys are having luck just flattening the 07-08 out and installing it. Snow flap, tail light, and rear bumper are different on the 09 obviosly, but worth the upgrade.

i put an 09 rear tunnel on my 06 m7. you have to buy the bumper, snowflap, light, braces, heat exchanger, 90' coolant hoses and clamps. you can either cut the older rear piece to fit the 09 stuff or buy an 09 rear piece. i recommend the 09 piece. it rivets right on and looks really clean.

Good to know! I have the '09 complete rear assembly on it's way. What is required for the tunnel kick up pieces to fit, just cut the rails and slide them in, drill rivet holes? The hose clamps are the same part number, shouldn't need new one's. Here's the new tail section parts required. I spent the extra money for the factory rivets, you can save quite a bit of money if you get them elsewhere.

1 of 5606-499 - Tunnel, Rear @ $66.90ea.

1 of 5606-477 - Bumper, Rear @ $38.03ea.

1 of 0609-855 - Taillight, LED @ $41.79ea.

1 of 5606-525 - Snowflap @ $40.98ea.

1 of 5606-253 - End Cap, Tunnel @ $10.20ea.

1 of 5606-594 - Gusset, Tunnel Roll - Right @ $7.12ea.

1 of 5606-595 - Gusset, Tunnel Roll - Left @ $7.12ea.

1 of 4706-176 - Heat Exchanger - Rear @ $96.35ea.

2 of 0610-567 - Hose, Coolant @ $6.71ea.

1 of 0623-562 - Plug, Hole @ $1.57ea.

2 of 0623-301 - Screw, Self-Tapping @ $1.57ea.

14 of 8060-686 - Rivet @ $1.57ea.

33 of 8060-488 - Rivet @ $1.57ea.

5 of 8061-710 - Rivet @ $1.57ea.

42 of 8060-688 - Rivet @ $1.57ea.

1 of 8061-628 - Rivet @ $1.57ea.

Subtotal: $650.96

May be an extra rivet or two there, but wanted to make sure I have enough for the bumper. The rivets I find at NAPA just don't always seem to be as strong or much cheaper than what you get from AC anyhow.
