04 1m rear idler wheel

ive broke 3 now and im tired of down time, anyone know of a stock size replacent i think 8-1/4inch with a 1" bearing thats metal/aluminum for a 04 900 efi 151 mc

I just installed fastlanes 9 inch kit on my 04 king. Looks and rides great!! they also had axles and stock size wheels.

Lots of companies make carbon fibre/metal wheels im sure they are stronger than plastic. Are you running a 2 wheel kit or the normal 3?

I jst moved my idler wheels to the inside. also better for carving

If you are breaking the plastic wheels, I bet the rear axle is bent. Mine was bent a 1/4 inch and destroyed the wheels in minutes. I now run the BDX 2 wheel kit with 8 inch Mountain Magic billet wheels. Three trouble free years , now.
