I have a 2003 Polaris 800 VES Engine. 500 miles on rebuilt crank by JJMachinery w/ wide bearing. 500 miles on SnoX top end kit. Vforce reeds. Twin SLP Race twins. engine plate so motor can't flex. Rack carbs. $2000. Im in Breckenridge Colorado. Motor is in 05 IQR, runs very well. I should mention this is a complete motor. Clutch, exhaust, carbs, motor plate. Motor has POWER ADDICTION aluminum carb adapters. Machined engine belly support. Twin SLP Race twins with stingers(made with 3" so not too loud) $600 on average for these. CDI with timing curve for pipes. This is a VES engine with the Stainless Steel valves. JJmachinery crank with wide bearing and always oiled separately with synthetic oil, rest of engine is premix. Timing was advanced 3degrees or so. Mikuni Rack carbs with v-force reeds. Sno-x piston kit with honed cylinders. Excellent cylinder pressure. Motor is ready to be dropped in your sled and run!
