Bar forward.... Kincaid style

I moved my handle bars forward about 2 1/4" with rox riser. I've seen many picture of cat riders Rob Kincaid and David McCure running that set up so figured I would try it. In the garage it feel nice. You can move all the way forward on the sled. Anybody else running this set up?

I liked this setup as far as bar location. Only downside, I'm taller and the big block was right at nut level. I was so worried about taking a shot to the boys. Have everything to try the post forward setup Snopro did. Summer project among other things. :)

Hey SnoPro, who makes the 3" forward kit? I did the rox riser thing also. Did mine in black though.

Can you use the C3 kit with our telescopic bars?

With the 3" you can sorta jam the bag under the gauge. But it's pretty useless, def can't get goggles in it. Maybe like a lil tiny sandwich hahaha. So I just gave up on the idea.

Would you still be able to use the cat handlebar bag with this set up. Thanks

With the rox setup the handle bar bag works. You do loose space but it does provide a little cushion on the post block.

See no reason why it wouldn't work with the post forward kit with a riser and vert post.

Fyi, Parks is making the post forward kits now... a few of us have been frustrated with pricing, shipping, communication... from C3. He's making them from carbon and aluminum.

Just curious, is there any "awkwardness" with this setup as far as turning and whatnot with the bars in front of the post like that vs ontop/inline with the post like stock? Also how tall are the risers used for this, not even sure if there's options for that style riser or not, just wanna make sure I buy the right part if I give it a try. Thanks

Sure you'll get both sides.
I hated the bars this way... didn't feel right to me at all, and having the nutbuster in front of the bars seems just plain looney to me.

put on the HCR fixed post and build from there, gets rid of nut buster and if bars are hit during crash may allow them to pivot out of the way instead of breaking legs..................

My buddy did the actual post forward on his 1100 turbo and what a difference it made. The sled is so much nicer to ride and it flops over comparable to the 800's now

I did the BDX telescopic delete and that is no doubt the best mod i have done! Can have the bars forward or backward or follow the post.
Can also have lower riser!
