My son and I took a stock 02 ZR 600 EFI and stretched it from a 121 to a 136" and installed a 1.25" lug track on it. Works very well around Northern Minnesota however for our Out West deep powder trips I need to know IF and HOW we can install a track with more than a 1.50" lug track. I tipped the sled on its side and am looking at how much distance there is between the lug and the Front Cooler. It appears that anything more than a 1.5 won't fit. My local sled repair guy says he has done several with a 2" paddle but I don't see how it will fit. Any suggestions?
