most of the time you can't get the oil inlet out to save your @zz!
hope you didn't lose the piston and jug:(

its a newbies sled:beer; and i cant figure out if the sled overheated so bad the brass tube melted the plastic and fell out?is that possible?or it just fell out and caused the red hot meltdown.its sloppy loose in the boot now.

if the factory didn't use the glue you could have been lean on this side from the start. and this would give the exhaust side of the piston the sand paper edge.
most of the boots have some sort of glue on them around the hole and it's tougher then hell, did you get a Friday or a Monday build?

plan b,since a new boot is 70 dollars.guess i could plug the hole with a screw and get the bdx $25 oil pump delete kit?

was thinking oil pump delete and mixing gas might be better than having another one fall out after its rebuilt.?plus the oil pump is sticking open.but if its not a common thing.i might just buy boots and oil pump and stick with injection.
