I'm pretty sure I'm going to keep my Apex LTX and extend it to 144. Question is do I go with Expert X, ZX2 or something else.

I need it to handle big bumps in the back country and would like to loose some weight on this thing.

Who has run the ZX2 on their Apex any lenght....did you like it, did it hold up after a season of riding it?

Thanks in advance.:beer;

Nikolai on the forums has a Xpert X in a Nytro, 144 skid and it rallies! He has the floats and its a sick skid for sure and it can handle the abuse. It will most likely be my next skid. If it can put up with his abuse most anyone will more than happy with it......

Does he have an Expert X or the ZX2? In the pictures it doesn't look like a ZX2?

i just put a zx2 under my sled and couldnt get it to work for last weekend . went back to the shop did some tweeking and it seems to fit fine now , just be prepared to do a little more work than normal to get scratchers and an anti stab kit to fit . the sleds a 156 nytro btw

I have one in my 03 RX-1 Mnt. I've put 2500km on this season. I don't have any complaints no damage and hyfax wear is quite in impressive. I can really get the sled on top of the snow now. Lots of reports over at ty

The Expert-X rocks. It's bulletproof, does extremely well in deep snow for not being set back at all, and is fairly light for what it is(56 lbs with Floats). I abuse my sled to no end and it's held up awesome. The Floats need the extra air chambers but aside from that I'm 100% satisfied.
