ZX DJ kit ?

I have the DJ clutch kit on my 01 zx with Rev rer 2ndry,first day in McBride only rev 7000 so dropped pin weight from 19.6 g to 17.9 rpm up to 7500 also used Carlyle 806 belt I guess I know I need to lighten it up more anyone else running sim.set-up to save a guy tunning when only get to mnts 1 or 2 times year ! I don't mind wrenching but rather be chasing down the revs instead of just watching them !

Hello. If you have a calibration that was working with a skidoo belt and getting correct rpms; then change to the carlyle belt, you will observe an immediate drop of at least 200 rpms under full throttle, and maybe even have to go one higher clicker number to increase rpm recovery when cycling the throttle.

The durometer of the the xs belt is much softer than the stock doo belt.

Normal to see with my kits in mountains that 1 gram = 200 rpms under full throttle.

What rpms do you need with the cpi pipes?

I'm trying to get 8000 anyhow so I'll have to drop more weight,that's good to know 200 rpm = gram thanks I'm going to also install reverse so I hope this helix will work ! (S8X) I was on clicker 6 so just to hvy on pins
