After several years, ZRP decided to make another run of their lightweight ski saddles for the SLP Mohawk and Powder Pro skis. They are 9oz lighter per ski and won't get rusty edges over time like the steel SLP saddles do.

Might not be for everyone, but I've been keeping my eye out for a set of these for a couple years now. For comparison my stock G2 Cat ski with a Ti mounting bolt, competition shaper wear bar w/4" carbide, and trimmed/drilled runner studs are 7lb each. Powder Pro with a Ti mounting bolt, 4" carbide without the studs trimmed, and one of these saddles should be 7.25lb. Evens out the weight penalty of running the SLP skis quite a bit.
