ZBROZ 36"

Wanting to go with the zbroz 36" on my 12 pro 155", any advice on shocks? What shock is everyone running and how long they need to be? Where to buy and what to expect to pay for them, Thanks!

Well, if you want to go with the budget build, you could have your existing shocks cut down to 16.375" long. Andy, at gasshockrepair.com will cut them down and freshen up both for probably just over $100 total. If you do that, I highly recommend that you get heavier springs. The RMK Assault springs work well. The part number is 7043611-133 and they're rated at 180 lb/in. Stock is 150 lb/in, which will tend to dive on you with such short arms.

Otherwise, there's lots of good aftermarket shocks. Fox, Exit, etc.

Pretty sure stock pro springs are 100# and stock assault springs are 130#

Oops, you're correct. 100# vs. 130#. Was looking at the wrong springs.

I've got a set of assault springs that I don't need if you want to go that route.

Thanks for the info guys but not going to use stock shocks, was looking at the fox evol just dont know how long they need to be with the 36" kit.

Tuneman gave the best shock length for zbroz 36" arms. ^^^^^^

We have the Zbroz 36" a-arm kits in stock with the shock bottom pivot block replacement if you need to change your shock length. We also have the dual rate spring kits. Single springs work OK on the WE shocks but not nearly as well as a dual rate with the narrow front a-arms. Also consider at least an shock oil change and recharge when changing springs. Shocks tend get neglected in the service department.
