Anybody else out there have trouble with service from Zbros?? Seems like they don't want to tell the truth about availability or shipping?? Just getting tired of waiting for parts!!!!!:mad:
 
Not knowing any of the story I'd just like to throw out there that this time of year can be tough to get parts from the aftermarket companies. Most companies are also in to other parts and switch production over to other toys or some houses don't care to order much towards the end of the year.

In your defense, you should be told up front if you have to wait or if something is not in stock.

LMAO...I find them to be the most consistent vendor out there...that front end for the Nytro is shipping next week...ever since October...;)

Their stuff is great once they ship it...hopefully they'll realize that the Nytro is a giant market...besides...they have to be caught up on all the other stuff by now...:beer;
 
Nothing but first rate service from those guys! Nate is excellent to work with, never anything but honest and helpful.

I must be the exception then, waited over 4 weeks for front shocks that were supposedly on the shelf and just needed to be revalved for my application, this after being told twice they were going to be shipped the next day. Rear shocks, we were promised again that shocks were in stock shipping that day (Wednesday , March 5th) no phone calls to me , I call 13 days later and not shipped?? Told again that day will ship today ?? Everybody we've talked to has some excuse/??? Great products (awesome) but I hate, actually despise being lied to and thats how I feel I was treated. Anyway, I told them to keep there order and I will no longer be a customer or reccomend them. I am in a service oriented industry going on 16 years now, and never have I commented on a service I provide that I could not back-up, if so I told the client up front the exact problems faced!!!!!
 
They were up riding at Bear this weekend;), or at least the boys were.

They're trailer was there, 3 riders names on the side said it was theirs anyway.

I've had great luck with them - always overnighted to me unless they were away at the races. Have them front and rear on both my XP and my 08 RMK7. You should really talk to one of the brothers though to get the best service/response time. That way you know your situation is at the top of pile and they can address it.
