also, where did you put your shim at. notice mine on the rear side of a arm.

Yeah I think that you do have the upper Arms switched it looks like the spindle will be tilted forward. The lower arms the bent tube goes to the front. As for the shim my kit does not have them I picked up a 43" kit maybe they are different!

Hope it helps, color looks sweet!

thanx for the info. I called z bros. on the upper a arms there is a weld mark on the bottom of the cross member(this is the upper right a arm) the upper left a arm wont' have this weld mark. As for the bottom a-arms, the bushing is pressed in from the bottom so bolt is sticking up. there is a little mark in the outter support that is laser etched, the swooosh mark faces forward. the only problem I am having now is the supplied bolt for the lower shock mount and the nut supplied is too big to get a socket in there to tighten it up. Have to get a set of thin walled sockets and give it a try.

Oh OK good to know. Would be nice to have that info in the kit!

I think I used a 12 point socket to get it to fit in there.

can't win with this stupid ball joint. went and bought a regular nut to thread and try and seat the taper today, and they sent me with the wrong nut. I got everything else done, so hopefully tomorrow I'll get the right nut and get it done.

Are you having trouble getting the lock nut on the lower arm ball joint? I used a wedge bar to apply constant pressure to the flat area on the bottom of the ball joint,( upwards pressure from the bottom). This applied force will keep the threads from turning with the nut, and then you should be able to get them to sinch down.

found a regular nut, it worked perfect. let's you cinch it up to the point where the taper starts seating. hard to find the right nut, but it's done now. thanx for all the input.
