Youth bike kit project

I have started designing a kit for my wife and my buddies kids.
Based off a cr 80 frame with a cr 250 motor. Really want to find a smaller track than a 121.
Does anyone have any ideas?
I thought about a 2moto track. Does anyone know the dimensions? I think they were like 10"×90"? Are they still in business?

Depending on how your budget is, look at the Camso bike kit track. It drives from the center, and a single arm suspension. So you could theorectically make the track much narrower than a standard one.

I missed the part about shorter than a 121" though. That might be tough. But if it were narrow enough, maybe a 121 would work?

They are really short and a bologna skin but guessing the stock 120 tracks are likely close to what you want (width wise and length).

Really shooting for light weight and proportional to a much smaller chassis. Want this thing as easy to ride as possible. All my buddies kids ride dirt bikes all summer and dream of conversion kits that are smaller. Some of these little rippers are pretty tiny.

I agree that a 120 bike track is pretty close just wondering if there is anything else out there.

Any idea what the length of quad tracks come in ? I think they are 13 " wide . All sorts of lug heights and patterns .

From what I've seen of your quality work it'll be interesting to see your final product if you go down this road , good luck .

What did the seat height end up at?
Height is very important but equal to that i believe overall size and weight of the machine, i feel it will make a huge difference for a small rider.
This idea is really directed at youth not small adult. Even though i want something that will perform okay with an adult that is 5'4" or less. What i really want to see is a kid sized machine.

My 9 year old rides the yz85.. and the beta really fits him OK even on wheels..he will rock moms bike with a mototrax this winter..
