I was finally going through my clutches on my 16 the other day and I noticed a coolant hose almost completely wore through. The big hose that goes from the bottom front of the engine back up to the brake. Where it wraps around the engine it has been rubbing on a bolt and almost has a hole it it.

For now I zip tied a big hose around it to protect from more rubbing, but it will definitely need to be fixed this summer. Other than that this sled has been by far the funnest I've ever rode, only have about 700 miles on it I think. :beer;:beer;

There was a thread about this earlier in the year. I believe it was a sticky for a while on this page. It is problem, mine at 150 miles had a good sized groove wore in it. That's a good catch

I was told that polaris is back ordered on these coolant hoses for several months, so everyone needs to check theirs and take precautions as you will not be getting it warrantied before this riding season is over. :(
