you might be a red neck if there is no propane and you leave the stove on to heat the house while you are out in the shop putting a new shinny exhaust on your truck lol......sad thing is...i just did this last night lol.
we ran out of propane the night before last and the propane company did not come until yesterday evening to fill my tank. outside temp was +5* and the temp was down to 32* in the house and i didnt want the pipes to burst so i turned on the oven and opened it up a little and turned the water on everywhere and went and put my new exhaust on. we paid an extra $200 for same day delivery and when the guy came to fill the tank he took the frickin regulator with him! they told us they took it because they were afraid the pilot lights were out and didnt want to hook it back up sice i was not home. i told them when we ordered it that they are all automatic pilot lights...so i got to spend night 2 in a 32* house lol. woke up and we were up to 42*! HEAT WAVE!!!!
