Obamaha is thinking of states possibly setting there individual emission standards over and above the federal epa guidelines if they chose..???...SO YOUR SLED COULD BE OK TO RIDE IN MONTANA BUT NOT UTAH...???...sounds like a nightmare if the review board recommends this flexibility..??
