So last night my wife does a load of laundry, yeah no big deal. Wake up this morning and my god damn laundry room is flooded The god damn washer and dryer is less than 6 months old. Do I call sears or Kennmore to ***** the **********s out ? so pissed its not even funny....

My guess is it's your problem.

My washer walked around a little, ripped hoses off the walls shortly after I moved in. I took care of it; didn't hound the previous owners to fix the problem, didn't file a lawsuit with maytag.... welcome to home ownership.

were not talking bout the washer jumping around breaking hoses with a 12 year old washer. Think is less than 6 months old, when it his the spin cycleit shut off and was just leaking the water. My problem ? it is now. Caused by a faulty product!

No, I moped it out, and cleaned it up. **** happens i know that, just not something you want to wake up to. I have a one year warrenty on the damn thing so sears will be geting a call

They will try and pin it on your install I'd wager.

I would take a wild flipping guess that the discharge pump in the back of your machine has cracked. We had a Kenmore do the same thig over new years. Called Sears the 3rd of January they showed up the 20th to fix it didnt have the part after we called ahead and told them the part that was broken. They then took eighteen days to drop ship the pump to our house. We were told we had to wait for them to come put the pump on but a service repair man wouldn't be able to come for two more weeks . Needless to say we said f it and put the flipping pump on ourselves.... SEARS SUCKS dont ever buy their service plan it is a waste of money... Had a similar situation a few months before with a dishwasher.
