Yesterday

Nice clip! Like the side by side viewpoint with Kaleb launching the cornice drop. Sunshine.... snow contrail.....great shot!

:becky:

He had his camera pointed at me at the same time so it will be nice to see it from his angle. Always looks tiny on video but it was still a nice little drop. I'm gonna have to take that boy somewhere where there are some big drops and make a jumper out of him haha.

It was a great time had a blast yesterday. It's fun riding with people that will actually hit some chit and go for the hard lines. Now if I can just find someone who likes to shoot video like I do...

I think I caught you coming off the cornice when you hit it pretty big. I got 4hrs of video to go through.

Yea that drop Wes allot bigger then the camera makes it out to be! I know watching yall come off was intense. To much for me!!!!
You could hit it easy. It's not hard at all if you can control the nose of the sled. That cornice can get pretty big on a good snow year. This is 2006 I think. We'll have to go back up the day after a big dump and move further south where it was big and was all chunked up below it. You can get stupid off that thing.

I will say it takes a lot longer to process video than pictures ha. Took half the night to build that little clip.

I use IMovie which works pretty good but would like to try Final Cut Pro. Has some cool timeline and clip blending that IMovie doesn't.

Holy f#$&...

I'm still crackin up at Caleb. He was riding to the right of me and as we moved further south it started to get steeper. I knew that last time he was going to know it when he came off the edge lol. Another 100 feet on down and it would have been awesome if there weren't all those chunks under it. A fresh 3 foot dump up to cover everything up and that drop is heaven.

I think I had more fun launching over the top than dropping. That area is very cool. Would love to hit it again with some real snow. And by that, I mean deep.

I was going to say I would tell you but then I would have to kill you but then Steve spilled the beans. Oh well, most people after riding 10 miles of the nastiest whooped out trail you've ever seen each way to get up there and back to ride a spot the size of a postage stamp, never come back again. If you want to do drops it's great. For about anything else there are at least a dozen other spots with 10 times mo better terrain. Thanks Steve
