District 395-10 GARDINER COW was your 2nd choice, and you are number 556 on the list.

Per regulations, up to 54 hunters in each season type may be contacted and offered cow/calf bison hunts based upon bison migration. You will be contacted by FWP Licensing if your number is reached.

Had a guy from here that got one of the 10 tags they gave out a few years ago.. Couldn't kill one because the greenies would stand between him and the buffalo.

bwahahah... if you use the right caliber to bullet ballistics you can pass through a greenie and still hit the vitals on a buffalo.. :D;)
 
probably not a chance if you are 556 in line. they usually dont let that many go. i have seen people with numbers in the 200's and not get one. I got lucky and drew number 5 when i got mine. the amount they let go every year is always different. just depends on the year. thats why they set the licence up this way.
 
They had those hunts In North Dakota too And the greenies used to be there than they changed the way that the hunt was run. They contacted the winning hunter and gave him a datew and time to come out that he only knew.
 
I'm sure I have a snowballs chance on the sun.....but hey, it's worth a laugh. I'll probably print that one out and carry it in my wallet with the rest of my tags. LOL

I believe that greenies in Montana are treated like coyotes now, so yeah shoot away, two with one!!!!!:D

It's pretty funny.

I don't know if being even only 556 back is funny or sad. 502 guys would have to say now for me to get a tag.

BTW, is DePee helping with Chad this year at the HS? You?
 
Good Grief Scooty, that seems like alot of trouble if'n ya get the tag, specially with the greenies issue, hell this past march, I just marched up to the corral, and plugged my cow :cool: yummy,yummy!!! I would post the shot video, but soooooo many anti's would make a fuss. 2 yr.s old heifer. Final talley = 348 lbs of processed meat:D
