It is not all gloom and doom I know it is very bad out there yet but some places are now getting back into the game or at least invest in there future. I have been watching some Richie Bros and GM auctions and things are starting to go for a higher $$. Also repos that have been sitting on the lot for 2 years at the same rock low price are now very slowly starting to sell at that same price they could not sell them at a year ago. Some things faster and slower than others and I am not saying in any way we are out of this yet but it's looking a tad better for sure. Seems the places that did not overspend & or did a great job of running there biz during the boom and drop are now in a great position and now that some see the light at the end of the tunnel are starting to spend some of there money.
