Well we pulled it off, over 250 for dinner. Awards lastest way too long but were important. Want to thank everyone who participated and showed up at the events.

A huge thank you to Yamaha Canada, these guys step up in a big way and support snowmobilers. Yamaha is a corporate sponsor of the Snowmobile Revelstoke Society and a huge supporter of the Revelstoke Snowmobile Club. They are the only manufacturer that supports us even when some of the others come and demo their new machines each year here in Revy.

Yamaha donated $10,000 to the B.C. Snowmobile Federation They bought lunch for everyone on Boulder on Sat. They donated thousands of $`s worth of door and raffle prizes for our dinner/dance. They donated a generator for the cabin on Frisby and they also supplied sleds for gov. reps to ride with us on Sat. so we could show them how we are managing our riding areas first hand.

On Sun. they again donated a sled so we could ride with Kevin Jardine, assistant deputy minister for Species at Risk on Frisby. We were able to show him how we are successfully managing a mtn. that we ride with mtn. caribou closures in effect. We were able to prove our point and the weather and snow conditons couldn`t have been better.

Your support is very much appreciated Brendan, Randy AKA Fuji AKA climbmax, Jeff AKA 0007 and Kevin. You really went above and beyond this time, thanks again, your support is amazing. I think I might evey try one of those sleds you keep offering me.
VIP parking forever for you guys for sure.
There were many others that also donated prizes for raffles and draws, too many to list now but I will get to it soon. Thanks again everyone.

Kathy

Now that is a first class corporation giving back to this sport, it's great too see.

WAYYY cool!!!!!!!!!!!!

is cool to see mfr's stepping up to help...the politico thing carries HUGE weight!!!

They were also the only one to donate to the CAA , the other 3 were apparently asked and declined....Shows they are interested in the sport and also customers.
Brendan, Randy and the gang are true ambassadors and get my compliments!

Would have been nice to see a Canadian manufacturer step up or even a North American one.

Lets not look over all the work the club has done and Kathy for all her hours that no one can evan imagine !!!!! way to go Kathy !!!!
Also thanks to the Yammy boys as they do give back and are genuine peeps !!

Many props to Yamaha - they showed us all that they are a class act and that they care about us mountain sledders. And also to the Revy Snowmobile Club - nice work boys and girls!!

Was a great time had by all. Thanks to everyone involved to make it come together. Yamaha Canada really went the extra step to show that certain manufacturers care about the sport and will be involved to keep it alive. Too bad the same can't be said about the other greedy three. Not only did they donate 10 GRAND to the BCSF, they bought everyone on the mountain bugers and drinks, donated a generator for the frisbee cabin, and gave out sleds all weekend for peeps to ride. Way to go Randy, Brendan, Jeff and Kevin !

Sounds like they definitely have the right FUTURE thinking mind set.

I'm happy to hear that the weekend was a success.

I'm sure Kathy, and all the others that put countless hours into what sounds like a huge success, is still sleeping after all her hard work! Good for them! :beer;

Now, Veed.... I was promised pictures! :p

Sure be nice if the other MFG's supported the people that buy their stuff that way.
