Yamaha Apex wont start anymore

So I just finished installing a alpine turbo on my 2007 Apex, it is a front mount. Re timmed it and new spark plugs and head shim. Check valve clearence countless times. Was running perfect and strong. I took it outside for its first true ride and it was running good blow off valve was set perfectly no over boosting. Then it back fired twice (to much fuel), my air fuel ratio showed that. Then it quit shortly after, turned it over a few times and it never started and it wouldnt even catch (and or spark) . Then about half a hour of it sitting out in the cold while I got the side by side it started up and then right after drowned itself again.

I have to check the boost circuit and spark plugs but do you pros have any idea on what els it could be? I have a pro logic fuel controller and fuel pump is okay.
Please help I only got to ride it for 10mins and its driving me nuts lol thank you.

unhook the fuel controller and hook everything back up to run off the stock ECU. see if the sled will start and idle. You may have a bad controller. Eric

Thank you but as dumb as this sounds I just listen to the fuel return line and pump and Im assuming the fuel filter is pluged as there is not enough fuel which would make sence

what kind of controler? had a purelogic and the same problem.

I have a pure logic too seems fine as of now, I did get it running there was packing plastic in the tank from shipping which I found weird but yeah I will for sure let you know if this one fails

If it ran fat right before it shut off, and it was rapid i would check spark as first step, if it has spark i would check if the throttle bodies is still in place second.

Does that system use a pressure transducer?
Sometimes they crap out and dump fuel at idle, but that's usually when they get wet
