And you never will. Cat is a privately held company, no obligation to disclose anything. Whatever investment Yamaha may or may not have in Cat will never be disclosed either as it would be so immaterial to the over all company, such a transaction would not warrant disclosure.

Nope it is traded on the stock market, and Yamaha is not listed has a major stock holder. Also nobody from Yamaha sets on the board of directors.
