while at the puyallup snow show a few weeks ago i bought some vents for my M. between the show and last week i had lost some hardware. went on their website and called them up as i wanted to buy some rivits that i had lost...instead of charging they shipped what i needed at no charge. in my opinion that was awesome as they didnt have to do this. i just wanted to throw xxx some props as its the small simple things that make me want to go back and buy products from people. definately have my vote for future purchases and recommendations. just thought id share.
