Thought I'd post a positive vendor experience as they are often overlooked.

I bought a REV vent kit from Bryan at XXX last year and never got around to installing it on my sled before I sold it. Bryan agreed to exchange it for an XP kit -a year later - nice!

We had some issues with the post office (go figure) probably that US/Canada thing but I got my kit today. Nice product!

thats right. It's nice to have some positive feed back. Those guys are good dudes, they try their best to please their customers.

when i created my thread i wasnt bashing them, i just wasnt pleased with how long it was taking to get my vents...in fact i appreciate the pm i got from ronniehotdog.
