how do you know it needs a crank and pistons and cylinders and cases are good ? do you have the engine tore down?
did it get a new engine or a crank before now?

Yes the engine is torn down, yes it had a new crank and pistons at 2910 miles as normal maintenance, crank broke at 3230 miles two weeks ago but stayed together and running, just made a lot of noise and sent some crap through the PTO side piston.
You would think, especially with the snow being as good as it is around here anyway. Everybody keep going without me and sending me pics of over the hood powder!
