Had a buddy in Revy last weekend that had a slider slide 8 inches or so down the rail. The head on the retainer bolt was totally gone on both sides. Maybe they aren't being countersunk properly???
Anyhoo, it was a real pain in the rear. Check them if you have an XP. There was another guy on at the cabin that said he had an XP with the same problem
