XP - SHR Billet Belt Adjuster - Install Pics

Very Nice product, easy to install. Must Have Piece IMHO.

You can get it from Big John, or locally here in S.E. Idaho @ Rexburg Motor Sports right around $90.

First lossen stock nipple

Remove Stock Adjuster

Disassemble SHR Billet Adjsuter and inseret the larger threaded nipple

Turn it all the way in and snug with a cresent

Take the outer cap and thread it on

Take the stock wrench and adjust your deflection

Snug set screw, but make sure the outer slot is not over the flat part of the center nipple

You can buy the part direct from Supreme Tool & Machine who makes and sells them for $69.00. And yes the part works good it also weights 232 grams compared to the complete stock plastic assembly weighing 3 grams and costing only $15.00.

I've got one to sell for $69.00 if someone needs one.

i like grams, next it will be down to grains, first one to 382pounds 450grams 6900 grains wins. thats just under the famous 383
 
adjuster

I don't know about you guy's but i've been weighing clutch parts in grams for years....pin weight, roller arm weight, flyweight are all measured in grams.

The 3 gram POS works you just have to know how.

The extra weight at the center line of the jackshaft is unperceptable...keep your POS plastic one...LOL-BJ

FYI- they are $79 plus shipping...about $90 delivered to the door...
 
I dont use the adjuster for changing belts, either....

My plastic one works great also, just dont overtighten the center lock bolt. :D
