My secondary does not seem to open up all the way. My belt only moves a little more than half way down. Tonight I tried to force the secondary all the way open with the clutch tool but it would only open enough to allow the belt to the same spot. On the flats I am only getting 65 mph. I have a 19 t top sprocket. On the primary I still have a good inch I have not used. I put the stock pin weight back in and am running a 160/230 primary spring. I was thinking the lower 230 force would allow the primary to close more but I know enough about clutching to be dangerous. Is my situation normal?
