Quick draw,,,you sir,are trained,,,the perfect pasty to keep buying substandard goods.Say no more,it makes all the sense in the world now,with customers like you they will making crap and you'll keep buying it.As a corporate president,I should think that your consumer should deserve more than 5 percent of your time to recognize an issue,,,,after all you have 100 percent of their money.
Although I love my XP and feel I have control over the initial bugs, I do think Linc put together a good and well thought out come-back. Better than the usual negative only response. (I like the 100% comment)
