I am doing some testing on a new product that will be added to the XP parts a new thearmosthat housing it seems that the bypas "flows" even when the stat is open it should stop the bypass flow. I drilled 3 1/8 holes in the stat moving plate itself and place a resticter in the line of the bypass hose.

When they hit 55deg cel it will retard 2 deg and 85deg 2 more deg. They did this for emisions to make the engine run hot to burn all the fuel.

I am testing it this week.

You probly know when you see on your temp dispaly (2 bars) it retards 2 deg and 3 bars 2 more you will loose about 3-400 rpm.

My goal is to bring down the temp to 110 -120f when riding hard.

Just some info for you XP owners remember you heard it from me first.
